HEART TUBE

Multimedia artist Vitar Drinković describes his HEART TUBE project, which the MBZ presents in collaboration with the Container, as an “interactive installation that transmits the heartbeat to four people simultaneously, in an exhibition space, in real time.

The sculpture explores human communication and interconnectivity through a simple biological process, concentrating on the heart as an organ that is exceptionally susceptible to external stimuli and internal processes.” (…)
“The piece experiments with a new kind of openness distilled through its interaction, an unconscious communication that comes from our body [since] we share the same heart even if we are not aware of it.”
