Follow the Marshall!

One of the musical-stage premieres at the MBZ will include the opera Marshall by Silvio Foretić, inspired by the film by Vinko Brešan. The script for the film was written by Vinko and Ivo Brešan. The opera story of Tito's apparition, or rather "apparition", in a small island town will be prepared for the stage by the Croatian National Theatre Split, whose manager, Milan Štrljić, expressed great satisfaction over this collaboration between the Croatian National Theatre Split and the MBZ. The opera will premiere in Split on 16 April 2011.
